Shannon Jordan Davis was born on July 18, 1964, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Yvonne Marshall and Merl McRoy. She passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at the age of 61, surrounded by the love of her family.

Shannon was a devoted and loving wife to Keith Davis Sr. She was a proud and dedicated mother to her three children. Vania Hunter, Vanessa Davis, Kenneth Davis, step mother to Keith Davis Jr. and cherished grandmother to Jeremiah, Presious, Joseph, Titus, Cshannon, Zion, and Cayden, who were the light of her life.

She is also survived by her beloved siblings, Michael, Connie, Monica and Bobbi, along with many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss her.

Shannon had a generous heart and a remarkable gift for bringing joy to others. She could light up any room with her presence and had a way of making people feel seen, heard and cared for. No matter the challenges she faced, she remained a steady source of strength and comfort to those around her.

Her kindness, laughter, and unwavering love left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her. Shannon's spirit will continue to live on through the memories shared, the laughter she inspired, and the deep love she gave so freely to her family.
